CERTIFICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW

STEP 1:

AUDIT PREPARATION

Download the current version of the CSQ Certification Program Requirements and take the CSQ Certification Program Overview Online Training. Confirm your site can meet the applicable CSQ Standards by completing an internal audit to identify any nonconformances. Then work toward correcting those nonconformances.

You can find a copy of the latest version of the CSQ Certification Program Requirements here. For more information about how to prepare for your CSQ Certification Audit, reach out to our team – info@csqcertification.com.

STEP 2:

AUDIT PLANNING

Select a CSQ Certification Body and schedule the offsite document evaluation and the onsite facility evaluation.

STEP 3:

DOCUMENT EVALUATION
REMOTE AUDIT

Submit all applicable documentation to your CSQ Certification Body and correct any nonconformances found during the documentation evaluation before your facility evaluation.

STEP 4:

FACILITY EVALUATION
ONSITE AUDIT

Provide your CSQ Certification Body with access to the facility and applicable records for review and an onsite audit, including mock recall.

STEP 5:

POST AUDIT

Your CSQ Certification Body will provide an audit report identifying any nonconformances found during the facility evaluation. Correct any nonconformances and once all corrective actions are approved by the Certification Body then a certificate will be issued.

STEP 6:

MAINTENANCE

CSQ Certification Cycles are on an annual basis; your CSQ Certification Body will arrange recertification audits. Keep an open line of communication with your CSQ Certification Body and inform them of any changes to your processes or products as this may impact your certification. Work to continuously improve your internal CSQ Program.
