CSQ DIETARY SUPPLEMENT ADDENDUM
The CSQ Dietary Supplement Addendum is a scope extension for CSQ Certified, Level 2 and Level 3, licensed operations processing, producing, handling, storing, distributing, or selling cannabinoid-containing dietary supplement materials and products, regardless of regulatory classification.
The CSQ Dietary Supplement Addendum can be added to any Level 2 or Level 3 CSQ Certification, CSQ Cultivation, CSQ Extraction, or CSQ Manufacturing. The CSQ Dietary Supplement Addendum Audit Requirements are in addition to the applicable CSQ Audit Requirements.
