CSQ INTEGRITY PROGRAM
WHAT IS IT AND HOW IS IT ENFORCED?
To ensure the integrity of the CSQ Certification Program is upheld, CSQ has established the CSQ Integrity Program.
The CSQ Integrity Program outlines CSQ’s policy of sanctions consisting of a system of written warnings and enforcement actions based on findings during assessment of the CSQ Integrity Program.
CSQ INTEGIRTY PROGRAM ELEMENTS
1. A program of key performance indicator driven reviews of CSQ Certification Bodies including:

Audit Management

Auditor Report Quality

Auditor Management
-
Training
-
Communication
2. Contracts with accredited and licensed Certification Bodies
3. Registration of all qualified auditors under the CSQ Certification Program
4. A program of onsite assessments and auditor witness assessments
The CSQ Integrity Program is managed and maintained by the CSQ Certification Program Owner and reviewed and evaluated at a minimum annually.
