CSQ has been hard at work and is excited to release our EU-GMP Addendum for public comment.

The CSQ EU-GMP Addendum - Public Comment Package contains:

CSQ Public Comment Form - used to document and submit your suggested changes and feedback
CSQ2.0 Certification Program Requirements - outlines the requirements for getting CSQ Certified
CSQ2.0 Full Level 3 Audit Requirements Check List - breaks down the baseline audit requirements of the CSQ Standards that the CSQ EU-GMP Addendum builds upon

Comments related to the CSQ EU-GMP Addendum are welcome during this public comment period.

During your review, please:

Identify terms and references that need to be harmonized.
Identify terms that need definition.
Identify references that need to be added to the appendix.
Ask any clarifying questions and point out any contradictory requirements or conflicts with regulatory compliance.
Complete your review and send your markups no later than May 31st, 2026.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Before updates to the CSQ Certification Program are made, a public comment period is held to gather feedback on the revisions. Public comment periods are conducted for a minimum of thirty (30) days. Resources for making public comments on the CSQ Certification Program and associated documentation are made available during the public comment period. Announcements of public comment periods will be published on the CSQ LinkedIn Page and various other outlets. During active public comment periods, resources can be found on this page along with a description of the documents under review.
