Dr. Martinez is a PhD in food science and an attorney in the USA and Spain. She is an expert in compliance with all regulatory matters for FDA, USDA, EPA and the USA governmental agencies for food, dietary supplement, medical devices, drugs, bio-medical and biological licensed products.
She has 34 years of experience in GFSI standards as well as in the USA as per US Federal and state applicable regulations. Dr. Martinez is the President of Demos Global Group, which an official accredited entity under the Third-Party Accreditation Program under FSMA- FDA and member of the Executive Advisory Board of FSPCA (FDA entity in charge of the implementation of the USA Food Safety Law FSMA). Demos Global is also a CSQ Certified entity.
Dr. Martinez is part of several entities as well such as Chair of the Packaging Working Groupfor IAFP, Member of several working groups for the AFDO (association of Federal Officers of the USA, of the working auditors’ group for GFSI, Trainer of Trainer for Human Foods v2 for FSCPA and Lead Instructor in all the other food industries areas, Qualified Auditor for FSMA-FDA and others.
